Right of withdrawal and return

1. Right of withdrawal (EU)

Customers from the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of receiving the goods.
The period begins on the day on which the goods were received by you or a person designated by you.

2. Exercising the right of revocation

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us by email:

Please specify:

  • Order number
  • Name of the person placing the order
  • Items to be returned
  • Reason for return (optional)

You will then receive a confirmation and individual return instructions.

3. Returning goods – Important information

To ensure your refund, the prescribed return process must be followed in full :

  • You must first contact our customer service to obtain the official return instructions and the correct return address.
  • Returns must be made with a valid, trackable tracking number .
  • Returns without a tracking number, sent to the wrong address, or without prior registration cannot be processed and will not be refunded .

Please also note:

  • The goods must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition .
  • The customer bears the return shipping costs.

4. Checking the return

Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it will be inspected.

A refund may be refused if:

  • the goods are used, worn, damaged or without original packaging
  • was tried on shapewear, underwear or tight-fitting clothing
  • The return will take place more than 30 days after receipt
  • the return instructions were not followed
  • no valid tracking number is available

5. Refund

After successful verification, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.

Please note:

  • The credit may take up to 10 working days (depending on the payment provider).
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Underwear, bodysuits, shapewear or tight-fitting clothing that has been worn or tried on.
  • Individualized or personalized products
  • Items damaged due to improper use

7. Damaged or defective items

Should an item arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and send clear photos/videos.
Depending on the case, we offer a refund or a replacement item .

8. Refused or unaccepted deliveries

If a package is refused or not accepted during transport, a fee of 20% of the order value will be charged.
This fee covers costs already incurred for processing, packaging and shipping.
