1. Order processing time

After receiving your order, we need 1-3 working days to process, pack and prepare it for shipment.

Please note:

  • During holidays, promotions, or periods of increased order volume, processing time may be slightly longer.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number via email.

2. Delivery time

The estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days , calculated from the time of dispatch .

The actual delivery time may vary depending on the region and is influenced by external factors such as:

  • Holidays and general demand
  • Regional logistics capacities
  • Weather or transport conditions

However, our goal is always to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

3. Shipping Information & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive the following via email:

  • Your shipping confirmation
  • Your tracking number

With this tracking number, you can track the progress of your package online at any time.

4. Responsibility for delivery addresses

Please ensure that all address details are complete and correct .
Belle Kontur is not liable for delivery delays or failed deliveries due to:

  • incomplete or incorrect address entries
  • Missing pickup at the parcel shop
  • Refusal of acceptance by the customer

5. Undeliverable or refused shipments

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address details, failure to collect it, or refusal to accept delivery, fees may apply.

If acceptance is refused during transport , a processing fee of 20% of the order value will be charged, as costs for shipping, packaging and handling have already been incurred.

6. Delivery delays

Although we strive for on-time deliveries, external factors beyond our control may cause delays.

We recommend checking the tracking information regularly and contacting us if you experience unusually long delays.
