General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via the website bellekontur.de .
By submitting an order, you expressly agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding presentation.
A purchase agreement is formed as soon as you submit the order and we confirm it by email.
Belle Kontur reserves the right to cancel orders in exceptional cases, e.g. in the event of pricing errors, unavailability of goods or suspicious order samples.
3. Order cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet been processed.
After this deadline, cancellation is usually no longer possible, as the shipping process has already begun.
4. Products & Availability
Product images may vary slightly due to different screen displays.
Should an item not be available after we receive your order, we will inform you immediately and fully refund any payments already made.
5. Prizes
All prices listed in the shop are final prices.
Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed separately at checkout.
6. Processing & Shipping
Processing time: 1–3 business days
After dispatch, the estimated delivery time is 7–14 working days , depending on your location and external transport conditions.
Please note:
- Delays can occur due to holidays, high demand, customs checks, or logistical limitations.
- Customers are required to provide a correct and complete delivery address . Incorrect information may lead to delays or non-delivery.
7. Delivery problems & undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect it, or refusal to accept delivery, fees may apply.
If a package is refused during transport , a processing fee of 20% of the order value will be charged, as costs for shipping, packaging and processing have already been incurred.
8. Returns & Refunds
Customers have the right to return items within 30 days of receipt.

Important:
- Returns must be registered in advance via customer service .
- The official return instructions must be followed in full .
- A valid tracking number is required.
- Unannounced returns or returns sent to the wrong address cannot be refunded .
9. Defects & Warranty
The statutory warranty rights of the European Union apply.
For faulty or damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and send us photos or videos for inspection.
Depending on the case, we offer a refund or a replacement item .
10. Limitation of Liability
Belle Kontur is liable only for damages resulting from intent or gross negligence.
Liability for indirect damages, delivery delays caused by transport service providers or improper use of the products is excluded.
11. Copyright
All content, images, texts and logos published on this website are subject to copyright and may not be used without written consent.
12. Data protection
Personal data is processed exclusively in accordance with our privacy policy .
By placing an order, you agree to the use of your data for contract processing.
13. Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
European consumer protection rights remain unaffected.
14. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Belle Kontur reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
The terms and conditions in effect at the time of ordering always apply.
